Damien sold my condo in December 2022. The condo was on the market for 4 months before it sold. There were times when I thought I was never going to get an offer. I moved out of state & really didn’t want to continue to rent out the property as I wanted to buy something in my new area. Damien was very supportive during the whole process. He never gave up. He thought of different ways to market the condo in a housing market inundated with properties & planned for reasonable price reductions. In the end, my condo sold for a responsible amount. I give all kudos to Damien as I think he made it happen & was a great cheerleader. I would recommend Damien over & over again.
